When will I receive access to my download purchase?
Approximately two weeks after your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the images from your gallery.
Why can't I download my images as soon as I have made my purchase?
The images in your gallery are low resolution files, which are really only suitable for viewing as proofs. Due to the large number of images we need to upload for viewing by our clients, we must upload low resolution files.
As we collate all of our orders for your kindergarten or creche, those requiring digital download will have their entire galleries (does not include class photo), replaced with non-watermarked digital files suitable for printing & sharing online.
How do I download my images?
Upon receiving your download email, you will be directed back to your gallery where you will see an option to download your files. Download your digital images direct to your computer, smartphone or tablet for printing and sharing with friends and family.
Please ensure that you have downloaded your images within two months of being notified that your download is ready.
I need help downloading my images from my gallery, what do I do?
Please contact us, detailing your order number or gallery name and we will get back to you as soon as we can, to help you through the process.
Why don't you allow download of Class Photos?
Our main issue with not allowing download of Class Photos, is privacy. Digital files can easily be shared online and we are aware that not all parents have the same philosiphies relating to social media and sharing of images online. As the class photos contain not only the organisation and images of other children, but names as well, we feel that it is not our place to allow the ownership of Class digital files.
How large can I print my images?
Print quality will be determined by the size you select for your prints. We recommend printing no larger than 12"x18" to maintain optimal print quality.
Print quality can be affected by the printer used and the size you choose. For recommendations on reliable printers and enlargements, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, that in some cases, we intentionally include an image that may be considered soft in focus (not out of focus). These are likely to be images taken when your child was active/moving but still an image we felt was worthy of including in your gallery.
Whenever printing larger than 12"x10" (similar to A4 size) it is best to view your image at 100% (no larger) and check that you are satisfied with the image clarity before you give the go ahead to print. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will help you decide.
